It's hereby informed to all those diploma candidates who have completed their training's in their respective diplomas and still not registered themselves with KMU should download this Proforma and Bank deposit slip and after filling submit in PGMI, Peshawar before 20.01.2020.
Requirements:- 1. CNIC, 2. One Passport size photograph, 3. MBBS/BDS Degree, 4. Valid PMDC Registration, 5. Migration Certificate in Original (if degree not from KMU), 6. MCB 1800/= Bank Deposit Slip
