How to Apply for FCPS-II Training for Session January 2020

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FCPS-II TRAINEES JANUARY 2020 REGARDING APPLICATION FORM.

  1. Fill the application form carefully and review it repeatedly till last date.
  2. Fill all the Units / Hospital Specialties preference / choice wise. Give all the available choices in the form preference wise.
  3. The preferences choices filled in the form will not be changed after closing date or at the time of interview.
  4.  According to your preferences the candidate can review his/her form till the closing date for any correction etc. 
  5. The form filled/completed on the last day at 04:00 PM, 9th December, 2019 will be considered the final submitted form. No changes would be possible after that.
  6. Those who are already TMO’s and want to reapply should submit a notified resignation in the scanned documents before the closing date (notified resignation must be attached with form).  
  7. Original documents should be provided at the time of interview.
  8. Documents should be in sequence as mentioned in application form anyd dully attested by gazetted officer (BPS-17 and above).
  9. Bank Receipt and CNIC copy should be at the top of application form. 
  10.  No deficiency will be accepted after the last date and time mentioned   .
  11. Applicants are required to submit application online through http://pgmi.edu.pk .
  12. Applicants are required to submit application form along with documents in hard form. The Application forms completed in all respect along with all the required documents should be reach by the registered post or courier service by 12 December 2019.
