It is mandatory to bring NOC from your present supervisor
and Associate Dean.
The sub-specialty induction for session Jan 2022 is completed and the following slots in uninhabited specialties are left vacant. As per PGMI policy, the regular PG residents (on PGMI pay roll) who have completed two years pre-IMM training as General Medicine / General Surgery resident (4 years program) are allowed to opt these uninhabited sub-specialties slot after changing their specialty if they are interested.
It is mandatory to bring NOC from your present supervisor
and Associate Dean.
This will be the responsibility of PG resident to change the specialty by CPSP and if any problem occurs in this process, PGMI will not be responsible for it.
It may not be possible to reclaim your
General Medicine / General Surgery slot if CPSP refuse to change your specialty.
The
stipend will be stopped on 31st Dec 2021 on completion of 24 month in General
Medicine / General Surgery training and will start from the date of arrival in
new specialty upon issue of RTMC by CPSP.
In
case applicants are more than the available slot, merit-based selection will be
made.
Any
penalty imposed by CPSP for this change will be responsibility of the resident.

& SCHEDULE: All interested residents are directed to come
in person to PGMI at 3pm on Monday
17th Jan 2022. on arrival, please report to Mr. Shah Fahad at
Conference Room near Library.
