The Following doctors have not uploaded their Arrival Report/CPSP Step-II Form on PGMI Portal within due time. As per policy their slots stand cancel. They are given the last chance, if they have submitted the Arrival Report (Signature of Supervisor & Associate Dean for MTI Hospitals and Supervisor/HOD/Dean/Training Director incase of Non-MTI) & CPSP/RTMC Step-II Form but could not upload because of some technical issue/problem, they are directed to come to PGMI in person with all required documents till 12 Mid-Day on Friday 14/01/2022.
