Update-I on Guidelines for Applicants

or academic Marks adjusted, INTERVIEWS SCHEDULE and The PORTAL FOR CHOICES/PREFERENCES.
The Portal for online application submission for MCPS/Diploma Session
Jan 2022, is closed This time 300 application received. The PGMI Scrutinized
the submitted application. The application with wrong/fake/deficient
information, deficient documents/ not readable documents and or any other
reason, are labelled as NOT ELIGIBLE. The
academic marks are also corrected as per DMCs attached and the Policy. On
applicant’s dashboard, it is visible along with remarks of the Scrutiny
Officer. This scrutiny is done as per Induction Policy for Jan 2022. This
document is available on PGMI web site & every applicant has signed it
before submitting the application.
The applicants who disagree with the decision of the scrutiny
committee regarding his mark’s correction or Eligibility, can make an appeal to
the Grievances committee. The decision of the committee will be final.
Please check your
Dashboard a day before the Grievances committee meeting to see the latest
remarks of the scrutiny officer, and review your form for academic marks
adjustments.
