1. Any body who failed to apply before the closing date is not eligible for this induction.
2. Those who failed to get any seat in online seat allocation process due to mistake/error in selection of specialty/unit/hospital on their part.
Decision of the EC: They can avail NOC based allocation as per policy announced earlier on PGMI website.(given below for ready reference)
3. Those who failed to get any seat for 2 years pre IMM training in online seat allocation process due to mistake/error in selection of specialty/unit/hospital on their part.
Decision of the EC: They have 2 options;
i. They can complete their pre IMM training from any institute on their payroll and can come back to PGMI for post IMM training on their allocated slots. If they opt for this, they have to inform PGMI in writing so that their post IMM slots are kept reserved.
ii. They surrender their post IMM allocated slots and opt for NOC based seats as per policy announced earlier on PGMI website.(given below for ready reference).
They shall inform PGMI in writing about the option going to avail
before August 20, 2020, 02.00 pm.
4. Those who failed to get any seat for 3 years post IMM training in online seat allocation process due to mistake/error in selection of specialty/unit/hospital on their part.
Decision of the EC: Left over seats are available for theses applicants on merit. Interested applicants should come to PGMI on 21—8-2020, 10.00 am.
5. Post induction change in unit, specialty or hospital is not allowed in any case including mutual.
6. After August 20, 2020, 02.00 pm , no NOCs’ will be entertained.
The POLICY for NOC based induction (relevant part) , July 2020, is

3. MBBS Applicants: only in
following program
a. Radiotherapy (4 years
Program)
b. Nuclear Medicine (4
years Program)
c. Emergency Medicine (4
years Program)
d. Medical Specialty (5
years Program) only in following sub specialties
i. Medical Oncology
ii. Neurology
iii. Nephrology
e. Surgical Specialty (5 years Program) only in
following sub specialties
i.
Cardiac surgery
ii.
Thoracic surgery
The MBBS applicants have to
submit an affidavit stating that:
i. Clearly mention the
specialty and sub-specialty amongst above list which they want to opt.
ii. Assurance that they will
not change their specialty/sub-specialty during the training program.
iii. Post-IMM sub-specialty
(same which they choose now) will be offered in public sector hospitals of KP
if available otherwise the trainee will be responsible to provide NOC from any
CPSP approved Institutes/Hospitals within and outside KP for his/her selected
sub specialty with approval of PGMI.
iv. If the trainee fails to
join his/her selected sub-specialty after two years Pre-IMM general medicine
training, he/she shall has to refund the two years stipend to PGMI.
v. The trainees have to
serve the Health department Govt of KP at least for duration equal to their
training.
vi. Any further
condition/conditions required by Health Department Govt of KP or PGMI.
