Dear Applicants
The Seat allocation has
been done and available on PGMI website. Please look in to it and if you don’t
want to avail that slot for any personal reason then submit your resignation
from your allocated slot in writing to PGMI office by 10am Tuesday 11th
August. The seat allocation will be repeated again after excluding those
applicants who submit the resign. That seat allocation will be final and office
order will be issued.
Just to remind you
that, as per policy any Trainee who fails to join or resign after Induction
office order is issued, will not be allowed to apply in next induction.
Attention: FCPS-II INDUCTION July 2020 LEFT OVER Applicants
Those applicants, who
failed to get the slot in seat allocation list, can avail seat on NOC basis in
any CPSP approved Institutes/Hospital within and outside KP as per following
Policy:
A.
Those who want to avail seat on NOC basis
need to exclude their names from Seat allocation process before 10am Tuesday 11th
August. If seat is allocated to them in final allocation (at 10am Tuesday 11th
August) then they will not be eligible to avail seat on NOC basis. Once they
surrender the allocated slot, will not be given the chance to re-enter in seat
allocation process.
B.
They have to come to PGMI Office on or
before 2 pm 13th August with proper NOC.
C.
Seat allocation on NOC basis is
absolutely on applicants’ own risk and if any problem occur in placement in the
unit or Registration with CPSP, PGMI will not be responsible.

BDS Applicant: In all specialties
2.
Diagnostic Radiology. 4 years Program.
3.
MBBS Applicants: only in following program
a. Radiotherapy
(4 years Program)
b. Nuclear
Medicine (4 years Program)
c. Emergency
Medicine (4 years Program)
d. Medical
Specialty (5 years Program) only in following sub specialties
i.
Medical Oncology
ii.
Neurology
iii.
Nephrology
The
MBBS applicants have to submit an affidavit stating that:
i.
Clearly mention the specialty and sub-specialty
amongst above list which they want to opt.
ii.
Assurance that they will not change
their specialty/sub-specialty during the training program.
iii.
Post-IMM sub-specialty (same which they
choose now) will be offered in public sector hospitals of KP if available
otherwise the trainee will be responsible to provide NOC from any CPSP approved
Institutes/Hospitals within and outside KP for his/her selected sub specialty.
iv.
If the trainee fails to join his/her
selected sub-specialty after two years Pre-IMM general medicine training,
he/she shall has to refund the two years stipend to PGMI.
v.
The trainees have to serve the Health
department Govt of KP at least for duration equal to their training.
vi.
Any further condition/conditions
required by Health Department Govt of KP or PGMI.
