Important Urgent: Final reminder/ Guidelines

Dear Applicant

You have applied for FCPS II training through online registration portal. There are few important points

that you should know and act accordingly where ever it’s needed.

1. Wrong entry in Academic record: Any entry of wrong personal information e.g. NIC number,

name or fellowship detail etc will result rejection of your admission form.

2. Wrong entry in Academic record: Any wrong entry in academic will be considered as forgery

and result in rejection of admission form and initiation of disciplinary and legal proceeding against

him/her as per rules with copy to CPSP and PMDC/PMC.

3. FCPS Part I held in July 2020: As per policy, who passed FCPS part I in july 2020 are not

eligible for this induction. Any body who apply in this induction, his/her form will be rejected and

will be debarred from Jan 2021 induction. If he/she entered the wrong date of passing FCPS part I,

it will be considered as forgery and results in rejection of admission form and initiation of

disciplinary and legal proceeding against him/her as per rules with copy to CPSP and PMDC

/PMC.

4. Applying for RE-INDUCTION by PGMI Trainees: As per policy, PGMI trainees can apply for

re-induction only if they resign and notification of resignation by the competent authority is

submitted to PGMI before closing date for application i.e. 20th July 2020 (copy uploaded with the

form). If this policy is not followed, the form will be rejected and disciplinary proceeding against

him/her will be initiated that may result in termination of his/her previous training. If this is the

case, email with sub: “Deletion of my application” and request to delete your application form

from data base with above mentioned reason. Your record will be deleted and it will save you

from disciplinary action till Tuesday 21st

July 11.59 PM.

5. Selection of Pre IMM and Post IMM units: It is to inform that you can change/update your

preferences and choices of specialty and Unit/hospital till Tuesday 21st July 11.59 PM. Please

note that any change in preferences and choices of specialty and Unit/hospital will not need to re-

submit hard copy.

It is further clarified that those who are opting medicine or surgery as specialty they have to make

TWO SELECTIONS in this application form, 1) Two years general medicine or surgery as Pre

IMM and 2) three years specialty as Post IMM. They will move to this specialty in July 2022.

6. Submission of Dual Form: As announced earlier on website and fb, those applying for minority

and disabled quota should apply on quota as well as open merit. Second application should be

filled using Father/blood relative CNIC and email id.

Similarly those candidate who have passed more than one FCPS Part I can apply the same way.

7. Still Form is not Submitted/completed: If you have deposited fee in bank and registered

yourself in online program i.e.your CNIC and email is registered in PGMI data base, but for some

technical reasons your form is not submitted/completed inspite of all support from PGMI; you are

advised to come to come to PGMI office with your all documents scanned (soft copy) and laptop

till 11 AM Tuesday 21st July. PGMI support team will help you.

It is further clarified that only those applicants will be entertained who failed complete form due to

technical issues.
